Hi, we’re Nomad Pet Dental

Nomad Pet Dental is my house-call veterinary practice in Denver, Colorado. I’m Dr. Cooper Wahl, DVM. This policy explains what happens to information you share through nomadpetdental.com.

What we collect (a short list, promise)

When you fill in a form. The appointment form asks for your name, email, phone number and address (so I know where the house call is), your pet’s species, age and breed or size, the kind of visit, any concerns or services you tick, whether it’s urgent, your preferred time, and anything you write about your pet. The Furry Friends Home form asks for your name, email, phone (optional) and a note about your pet. Some fields are optional.

When you call, text or email. Whatever you tell us, plus your number or email address.

When you just browse. Our host records basic technical details for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and when. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and check page speed. It doesn’t use cookies or follow you around other websites.

There are no accounts, logins or payments on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, schedule visits and take good care of your pet. The technical data keeps the site running, secure and fast. We don’t use any of it to build a profile of you.

Who else touches it

• Formspree receives form submissions, emails them to us and keeps a copy in its dashboard. Our web designer set up and looks after that account, so he may see submissions while maintaining the site.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, keeps basic request logs and provides the visit counts mentioned above.
• Google runs our Gmail inbox, so emails you send us and form emails end up there.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. Fonts, images and scripts all come from our own site.

Things we won’t do (Cheese the cat is watching)

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. We don’t run ads, ad trackers or social media pixels. We share your information only with the services above, or if the law requires it.

Cookies (the non-edible kind)

This site doesn’t set cookies. When you click between pages, the sliding page animation saves a tiny yes/no note in your browser’s session storage and clears it as soon as the next page loads.

Your pet’s medical records

Records from visits are kept as part of normal veterinary practice, separate from this website. Just ask if you’d like a copy of your pet’s records.

How long we keep things

We keep messages and form submissions only as long as we need them to care for your pet, run the practice and meet record-keeping rules. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs for a limited time under its own policy.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over HTTPS and we take reasonable care with what you send us. No website or inbox is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything through the forms you’d rather tell us by phone.

You’re the boss (sorry, Angus)

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared with us. Email or call and we’ll sort it out. We may need to keep some records, such as your pet’s medical records, where the law requires.

Angus, our black lab, is used to being in charge. He’s making an exception for you.

Kids

This site is for pet owners and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us something, let us know and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
