Dr. Cooper Wahl, DVM
Dr. Cooper Wahl is a Colorado native who grew up in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver. He earned his undergraduate degree at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he also played Division II lacrosse.
About Cooper
He completed his first three years of veterinary school at Ross University in Saint Kitts and Nevis, and his final year at Kansas State University.
In 2026 Cooper started Nomad Pet Dental, a house-call practice that brings everyday veterinary care to your door, with surgery when it’s needed. His professional interests are surgery, nutrition and sporting breeds, and he brings that same care and curiosity to the pets he visits at home.
Outside of veterinary medicine, you’re likely to find him boating, bird hunting, fly fishing, gardening or skiing. He and his wife, Jenny, have two small children, a black lab named Angus, and a feral cat named Cheese, who managed to turn two very committed dog people into cat people.
